ENTERPRIZE SOFTWARE PROJECTS

Helsi.me is Ukraine’s leading electronic healthcare system, offering seamless experiences for patients, doctors,

and medical institutions. The platform enables users to find and book doctors, access medical records, review test results, manage prescriptions, and order medications—all online. On the desktop, patients and doctors benefit from comprehensive dashboards, intuitive workflows, and advanced reporting tools, while the mobile app provides 24/7 access to appointments, online consultations, health monitoring (Helsi+), and AI-assisted scheduling and doctor reviews.

As the Senior UX/Product Designer, I led the design across both platforms. I conducted deep qualitative and quantitative research, including interviews and surveys with patients and medical staff, to identify needs and pain points. I designed wireframes, prototypes, and responsive interfaces for patient profiles, booking flows, dashboards, and mobile adaptation. I validated designs through usability testing, A/B testing, and heuristic evaluations, iterating to optimize workflows, accessibility, and overall satisfaction.

My work ensured a cohesive, user-centered experience that bridged complex healthcare processes into simple, efficient, and engaging digital interactions.

E-COMMERCE PROJECTS

BROCARD is a Ukrainian/Cyprus cosmetics and perfumery retail chain in the luxury segment, operating 97 stores in 26 cities.
More than 300 brands of premium cosmetics, perfumes, skin and hair care, beauty accessories are presented in BROCARD stores: Chanel, Dior, Lanc?me, Guerlain, Clinique, Clarins, Givenchy, Gucci, La Prairie, Yves Saint Laurent, Evian, Collistar, Estee Lauder, Dolce & Gabbana, Eisenberg, Hermes, Trussardi, Lanvin, Payot, Elizabeth Arden, Carolina Herrera, Lacoste, Versace, Alfaparf, Biotherm and other top brands. BROCARD is also developing niche perfumery: there are more than 60 niche fragrance houses in the chain portfolio.

 Rozetka, the leading online e-commerce retailer in Ukraine and EVO, the internet company behind the country’s largest marketplace Prom.ua, have completed a merger, cementing their top position in Ukraine’s fast-growing e-commerce segment of the retail market.

The combined Rozetka-EVO platform has 2 billion site visits and facilitates 30 million e-commerce transactions per year over four geographies. Rozetka and Prom consistently rank among the top 10 most-visited websites in Ukraine, reaching over 40% of Ukraine’s internet audience. Ukraine’s e-commerce segment, growing at 26% compound annual growth rate in dollar terms for the past 3 years, is poised for further growth, with online accounting for circa 7% share of total retail in 2018 vs 15-20% share in mature markets. Their merger enables the united platform to expand its product offering, rapidly introduce innovative products and services and provide local SMEs with a superior internet marketplace experience in selling their goods and services online to a national audience.
