As a designer at Omnic, I developed user interfaces for comprehensive software solutions, focusing on management software, mobile apps, terminal interfaces, and self-service solutions. My work aimed to enhance computer-human interactions, streamline workflows, and optimize user experiences across various platforms, ensuring seamless integration for logistics and parcel locker services.
I created numerous terminal and self-service interfaces for various devices, ensuring that they were intuitive, efficient, and easy to navigate. These interfaces enabled users to interact independently, completing tasks seamlessly without external assistance.

Self-Service Design: I focused on designing systems and interfaces that allow users to complete tasks independently, enhancing usability with intuitive navigation, clear instructions, and accessible user flows.
Human-Computer Interaction (HCI): I designed interfaces that were easy and natural for users to interact with, ensuring that technology responded to human input in a way that aligned with user expectations. This approach included understanding cognitive behaviors, usability principles, and optimizing interaction across devices and platforms.
EcomGate: I designed an intuitive interface for the EcomGate platform, enabling seamless communication between vendors and delivery services. This streamlined the integration process, simplifying messaging and saving time and resources for all parties involved.
CubeCore: I worked on designing a centralized management platform for self-service parcel lockers. The solution included real-time monitoring, flexible process management, and automation capabilities to optimize operations across diverse network types.
BroadGate: I contributed to the design of the BroadGate solution, a software tool that enabled rapid integration between various partner systems in an open parcel locker network. This solution improved overall efficiency, customer satisfaction, and partner collaboration, resulting in a more unified ecosystem for logistics and delivery.
