Helsi.me is Ukraine’s leading, secure, and intuitive electronic healthcare platform, connecting patients, doctors, and both public and private medical institutions. This project envisions the future of healthcare as a proactive, patient-centered ecosystem, bridging gaps between users and providers, and leveraging technology, data, and human-centered design to deliver measurable impact.
The work spans research, strategy, multi-stakeholder UX design, prototyping, testing, and validation for web and mobile platforms. It demonstrates how complex healthcare workflows can be transformed into accessible, efficient, and personalized digital experiences while aligning with regulatory, institutional, and technological standards.

We conducted deep user research to understand the needs of all stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem:
